Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
How to Return
Email us at support@pawsupplyco.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Contact us and we'll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Food and treat products cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.
